This is a refresh of the power and importance of 4th person perspective taking (systems thinking, team/human dynamics, self-actualising, self as participant observer) and an introduction into 5th person perspective. The latter is the capacity to become aware of awareness (“uber mindfulness”), deconstruct the ego and see leadership as a ‘field’ of experience, to perceive cross paradigm and global perspectives and see patterns in humanity. With the demands of leadership becoming more complex and integrated…what is next for leadership development? Our deeper dive into perspective taking will open up your imagination and possibilities as a leader.
