Carole has 28 years experience as an educator, having taught and been a leader of improvement in Australia, the UK and the Caribbean. She has always been driven to provide the best opportunities and support for the growth of others. She is passionate about being part of various communities and enjoys building authentic connections, sometimes through her love of baking and sport! Carole has joined the Leaders Institute as our Program Co-ordinator and will assist the team on all thing Tailored and In-House leadership programs.
As the newest member of our team, Carole is looking forward to making a difference to the next generation by supporting our holistic programs that build leaders in the wider community.
