Learn the tools and techniques needed to successfully lead others by building your leadership capability, self-awareness and confidence.

In this 8-day program, you will learn how to lead both strategically and collaboratively, and will be better able to work through challenges in positive and effective ways.

The program will also help you to create powerful cross-community networks and work on a community project.

Upper Spencer Gulf Leadership Program program details

Facilitator

Different facilitators are used throughout the year to deliver in their areas of expert­­ise, which is matched to the program content. This ensures that participants have the opportunity to learn from those who have the greatest depth of knowledge in each field of leadership development.

Commitment

The program is delivered over 8 days. There is some pre-reading required before each session, as well as reflection time after each session.

Venue

The program is delivered in a range of Upper Spencer Gulf venues. More details will be provided when you register.

Investment

Program fee for 2022 was $3500 (plus GST). 


Payment plans are available. Thanks to a number of philanthropists and sponsors, there are full and part scholarships available. People on low incomes, Indigenous people and those with disabilities, as well as people from culturally and linguistically-diverse backgrounds and those from the not-for-profit sector are especially encouraged to indicate interest in a scholarship. Please complete the scholarship application to be considered.
