Are you ready to build your leadership capability?

Based on the Amplify Program, the Northern Leaders Program is run in the northern suburbs of Adelaide and designed to build a powerful cohort of leaders in this region who can support each other and help grow the success of the region.

This program will help you learn the fundamentals of effective leadership and how to bring out the best in yourself. Using evidence-based leadership development tools, you will build the capability to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to your leadership challenges. This program is designed to elevate technical experts into confident team leaders and managers. 

By improving your self-awareness and learning to see other perspectives, you will build your adaptive leadership capability to become a more authentic and effective leader. This leadership development program has been proven to achieve lasting change, enabling you to have a truly positive impact on those around you.

Facilitator

The Leaders Institute of SA prides itself on engaging highly effective facilitators with wide-ranging experience throughout its programs.

Commitment

8 days over 4 months­­­­. Out of session group work will be required to progress a Community Action Project (CAP) as part of the program.

Investment

The program fee for 2024 is $3900 + GST. Payment plans are available. Need a scholarship? Thanks to the generosity of our supporters we have limited scholarships available. Apply for a scholarship.
