Fen Bennett
Graduate Board Member
Fen is a CPA-qualified accountant with senior leadership experience across infrastructure and transport, aged care, and trade and investment, primarily within the government and not-for-profit sectors. She currently leads a team delivering governance and assurance for the New Women’s and Children’s Hospital Project Office.
With expertise in organisational transformation, governance, financial leadership, and performance improvement, Fen is recognised for building high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth and fostering innovation in complex stakeholder environments.
Fen joined the Leaders Institute Board in 2026 and is a member of the Institute’s Audit and Finance Committee. She was also a participant in the 2024 Governor’s Leadership Foundation Program.
