Natalie Wade was the Founder of Equality Lawyers, the nation's first law firm led by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Much of her advocacy and achievements in advancing disability rights are conducted on a voluntary, unpaid basis - devoting countless hours to law reform, public speaking, mentoring, and community outreach.
