What’s this Masterclass about?

Our Governance Masterclass demystifies the roles and responsibilities of boards and gives members the confidence they need to be able to contribute and make their boards impactful and efficient.

Who’s the facilitator?

The Masterclass is run by Alexandrea Cannon whose experience includes Chair of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, Chair of SA Tertiary Admissions Centre, a non executive Director of Hood Sweeney, a non executive Director of Credit Union SA, and a former State Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She is a facilitator for the AICD Company Directors Course. Alexandrea played a key role in the governance of the BreastScreen SA Review Steering Committee requested by the then Minister of Health. Alexandrea has also been a Trustee of the South Australian Country Arts Trust, a member of the DECS Voices of Women Board and State President of the Australian Human Resources Institute. She was awarded the Australian Human Resources Institute National Medal for Leadership, she is a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business.
